Birth and Body Empowerment LLC — Refund Policy

​

Thank you for trusting Birth and Body Empowerment LLC with your clinical education, birth preparation, and structural tooling. Because our services involve reserved scheduling, digital asset distribution, and bulk allocation of physical resources, we enforce the following refund and cancellation guidelines.

1. Hospital Contracts & Physical Add-on Supply Orders

For institutional contracts, hospital systems, or private units purchasing physical tools and add-on supplies (including but not limited to: Empower Towers, hospital-grade peanut balls, round birth balls, TENS units, essential oils, water-based diffusers, massage balls, labor combs, customized labor guides, and hair ties):

  • Custom & Branded Materials: Any fees associated with customized labor guides, branded items, or tailored printing are 100% non-refundable once formatting or printing has commenced.

  • Shipped or Delivered Physical Inventory: Once physical tools or bundle supplies (such as peanut balls, TENS units, diffusers, or oils) have been dispatched, delivered to the unit, or opened, they are non-refundable and non-returnable due to infection control protocols and clinical hygiene safety guidelines.

  • Pre-Ordered Supply Bulk Cancellations: If a hospital cancels an implementation package before physical inventory has shipped or custom guides have been printed, a refund may be issued for the physical products component, minus a 20% restocking and resource allocation fee.

2. In-Person Clinical Intensives & Workshops

  • Cancellations 14+ Days Prior: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee, or a full transfer of credit toward a future workshop.

  • Cancellations Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. However, your registration may be transferred to a colleague or applied as a credit toward a future course or online refresher within 12 months.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior written notice, all fees are completely non-refundable.

3. Live Online & Zoom Refreshers

  • Rescheduling: If you cannot make your scheduled annual interactive Zoom refresher, you may reschedule to another available date at no extra cost, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows for the live Zoom session are non-refundable and forfeit that session's credit.

4. Digital Products & Instant Access Downloads

  • Due to the digital nature of downloadable course binders, templates, guides, and pre-recorded materials, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access links have been generated or emailed.

5. Birth Discrepancies & Unexpected Deliveries (For Private Clients)

  • We understand that babies have their own timelines. If an unexpected, rapid labor or medical necessity prevents the completion of a private, pre-booked prenatal biomechanics session, any unrendered hours may be pivoted to a Postpartum Recovery & Restorative session or issued as a partial studio credit. No cash refunds will be issued for births occurring before a contracted package is completed.

6. Course Cancellations by the Provider

  • In the rare event that Birth and Body Empowerment LLC must cancel an in-person workshop or online session due to instructor illness, severe weather, or low enrollment, students will be notified immediately. You will have the option of a 100% refund or an immediate transfer to the rescheduled date.

How to Request a Refund, Return, or Transfer

All cancellation, rescheduling, or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Your Contact Email Here]. Please include your full name, organization/hospital facility (if applicable), invoice number, and the details of your scheduled session or supply order.

Disclaimer: Birth and Body Empowerment LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Shifting your registration or signing a facility procurement agreement implies agreement with these terms.
